(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which a specific penalty is not otherwise provided shall be fined not less than twenty dollars ($20) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100). The fine will double if not paid within seven (7) days.
(B) Any person who violates § 71.26
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than sixty dollars ($60) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500), or be imprisoned in the county jail for not more than thirty (30) days, or both.

(C) Any person who violates § 71.35
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250) or imprisoned for not more than ninety (90) days, or both.
