(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned for not more than 30 days, or both, for each offense or violation.
(B) Any person or entity found to be violating any of the provisions of the Sanitary Sewer Specifications adopted in § 50.01 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $500 for each day the violation exists. Such person may also be subject to denial of an occupational license or building permit, subject to the provisions of § 110.13.
