§ 37.09 DEPOSIT AND USE OF TAX REVENUES.

(A) The taxes levied and collected pursuant to §§ 37.02 and 37.03 shall be deposited in the General Fund and appropriated and used for the general operating expenses of the city for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2021.

(B) The taxes levied and collected pursuant to § 37.08 shall be deposited in the Street Tax Fund of the city, and appropriated and used for the street repair, maintenance, debt service and construction in the city for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2021.
