§ 37.04 PAYMENT; COLLECTION; REFUND.

All provisions for payment, collection, and refund of taxes shall be provided for in Section 134 of the Kentucky Revised Statutes insofar as the statutory provisions shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of this or any other existing ordinance of the city or any statutes applicable thereto.
