§ 35.07 COMPLAINTS; INVESTIGATIONS AND HEARINGS.

(B) The provisions of KRS 15.520 shall be the sole and exclusive procedure for dismissal, suspension, or reduction in grade or pay for all members of the Elsmere Police Department, including the Police Chief.

(C) Any complaint filed against a member of the Elsmere Police Department, including the Police Chief shall be filed with the Mayor. The procedure for any complaint filed shall be in accordance with KRS 15.520 and/or other applicable authority.
