In addition to those city services (security, trash, cleanup) which may have been requested and paid for by applicant in advance of the special event, the applicant shall reimburse the city for the cost of personnel and equipment used and deemed necessary for the public peace, health, safety or general welfare. The applicant will be billed for such services within ten (10) days after the event, and payment of the billed amount must be made with fifteen (15) days after receipt of billing.
