The special events coordinator shall have the discretion to decide whether it is necessary to utilize the special events committee in a particular instance. If the coordinator elects not to utilize the committee, then the coordinator shall have all of the powers and duties set forth in section 13A-56.3 of this article. (Ord. 01-512 § 2, 5-22-2001)
