The decision of the coordinator or committee shall be final unless the applicant files an appeal to the city council. The appeal must be in writing and filed with the city clerk within seven (7) days of the date of the mailing of the notice of decision. The appeal will be considered by the council at its next regular meeting for which the appeal is received in time to be included as an agenda item. The decision of the city council shall be final.
