§ 35.01  COUNTY MULTI-HAZARD MITIGATION PLAN.
   (A)   The town hereby adopts the County Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan as an official plan.
   (B)   The County Emergency Management Agency will submit on behalf of the participating municipalities the adopted Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan to the State Department of Homeland Security and the Federal Emergency Management Agency for final review and approval.
