(A) A manufactured home shall not be placed on any property in the town without the owner thereof first obtaining written consent of two-thirds of the adjacent owners of real estate and a permit from the Town Council.
(B) An existing mobile home may be updated or improved by means of replacement without permission from surrounding neighbors if the improvement is a manufactured home no less than ten years old at the time of the improvements. The time lapse between removal and new unit installation cannot exceed 60 days. Sixty days after removal, the property will revert to the status of requiring written consent of two-thirds of the adjacent owners of real estate and a permit from the Town Council.
(C) Upon the application requesting the permit and providing to the Town Council written and signed consents from adjacent real estate owners as hereinabove set forth, the Town Council may grant the permit if the proposed location of the manufactured home would be harmonious and compatible with the general character and conditions of the neighborhood.
