All measurements, tests and analysis of the characteristics of waters and wastes to which reference is made in this subchapter shall be determined in accordance with latest edition of Standard Methods, except for applications for NPDES permits and reports thereof which shall be conducted in accordance with rules and regulations adopted by the USEPA, published in the Federal Register, October 16, 1973 (38 F.R. part 30982), and any subsequent revisions subject to approval by the town.
