(A) A person violating this chapter shall be fined according to local, state and federal law; and if bodily injury results shall be fined not more than $10,000 or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results shall be subject to imprisonment for any term of years or for life.
(B) Recovery of costs associated with fines for this chapter shall be turned into the courts for collection in small claims courts and not certified to the County Auditor for collection as delinquent taxes if not paid within 30 days.
