§ 92.33 PROCEDURES FOR APPEAL.
   An owner of real property who has received notice of a violation of this subchapter, or who has received a bill for abatement of a violation under this subchapter, may appeal the same to the Town Council by requesting a hearing. The appeal shall be initiated in writing within ten days of the receipt of the notice or the bill. The request for a hearing must be addressed to the Town Hall, Elnora, Indiana, and delivered in person or by certified mail. Upon receipt of a hearing request, the Council will place a moratorium on the ten-day abatement deadline until a verdict has been reached by the Town Council. The appeal shall thereafter be referred to the Town Council for hearing at its next regular or specially called meeting.
