§ 92.27 CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS CHARGED WITH ENFORCEMENT.
   It shall be the duty of the Town Council, Clerk-Treasurer and/or Police Department of the town to investigate any alleged violations of this subchapter, and upon determining that a violation has occurred, to cause the abatement of such nuisance by following the procedures provided in this subchapter, or in any other manner as authorized by law.
