(A) Upon abatement of the nuisance by the town, its employees, agents or contractors, the town shall issue a bill to the owner of the real property upon which the violation occurred, for the costs incurred in abating the violation, together with an administrative fee in the sum of $75, plus the cost of service of the notice. In the event the bill is not paid within 30 days, the costs shall be certified to the County Auditor for collection as delinquent taxes.
(B) Recovery of costs associated with fines for this subchapter shall be turned into the courts for collection in small claims courts and not certified to the County Auditor for collection as delinquent taxes if not paid within 30 days.
