§ 91.03  ENFORCEMENT PROCEDURE; REMEDIES.
   To secure the proper enforcement of the provisions of this chapter, the appropriate authorities of the town may pursue any or a combination of the following remedies, as they deem most appropriate to the case: taking into custody and impounding any animal found to be kept in violation of any provision applicable under § 91.02. The impoundment may be in a home or facility chosen in the discretion of the appropriate town authority; impoundment may also mean transporting the animal to the Animal Control Facility in Washington, Indiana, and the owner of said animal shall be responsible for any and all redemption fees at any such facility.
