§ 90.24 TOWING AND STORAGE CHARGES.
   The City Council shall establish by ordinance the charges allowed for towing and storage of abandoned vehicles, which shall be filed with the Bureau of Motor Vehicles and shall be available for public inspection at the office of the Town Clerk-Treasurer.
