§ 90.21  ADDITIONAL REGULATIONS MAY BE ENACTED BY TOWN.
   To facilitate the removal of abandoned vehicles or parts, the city may employ personnel; acquire equipment, property and facilities; and enter into towing contracts for the removal, storage and disposition of abandoned vehicles and parts. The Town Council may establish additional procedures, by ordinance, to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
