§ 90.16 NOTICE TO STATE OF IMPOUNDMENT REQUIRED.

   If the vehicle is considered abandoned and must be disposed of as set forth in this chapter, then:

   (A)   The owner or lienholder under I.C. 9-22-1-8 does not appear to pay all costs; or

   (B)   The owner of a vehicle cannot be determined by a search conducted under I.C. 9-22-1-19;
