The following conditions have been established for golf carts allowed on the streets in the town limits.
(A) They must have head lights.
(B) They must have tail lights.
(C) They must have turning signals and lights.
(D) There must be a slow moving vehicle sign or flashing red or yellow lights.
(E) The driver must be a licensed driver.
(F) There must be a seat/utility box for every passenger.
(G) Owner must show proof of insurance.
(H) They must be equipped with a mirror, showing view to the rear.
(J) All “Rules of the Road” are to be followed.
