§ 73.01  OPERATION OF OFF-ROAD VEHICLES.
   (A)   It is lawful to operate ORVs in the town and ORVs will be allowed upon town streets and town alleys. ORVs may not be operated on sidewalks or on Indiana State Highways 57 or 58, except to cross said state highways.
   (B)   Persons operating ORVs on town streets and alleys must comply with all state laws set forth in I.C. 14-16-1 as existing or hereafter amended.
