(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 70.99.
(B) Violation of § 71.04 is to be punishable according to state laws governing speed.
(C) Violation of § 71.05 shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $1, or more than $5, for first offense.
