Existing mobile homes or manufactured housing that is presently occupied in the town on the effective date of this chapter may remain in their current locations. They cannot be moved to another location within the town. If moved, a replacement mobile home or manufactured housing unit must meet all specifications set forth in this chapter. If any existing mobile homes or manufactured housing that is presently occupied in the town is vacant or unoccupied for more than 60 days, it shall be removed from the premises by the town and the cast be put back on the owner, as to prevent potential fire, health and/or safety hazard.
