§ 112.02  DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   LICENSED PREMISES. Includes premises occupied by the holder of a permit granted by the Alcoholic Beverage Commission of the state and shall not include, nor require, a license issued by the town.
