§ 40.01  FEES AND PROCESS FOR MAKING COPIES OF PUBLIC RECORDS.
   (A)   Persons requesting copies of public records maintained by the village will be charged for those copies as follows:
      (1)   Any person requesting the duplication of more than five pages, or making multiple requests totaling more than five pages in any calendar year, will be charged $0.10 per page for all pages beyond the initial five pages.
      (2)   Any person requesting the duplication of photographs, videotapes, audiotapes, computer disks or any public record maintained on other than paper media will be required to pay the actual costs of the duplication as paid by the village.  The costs must be received by the village prior to the duplication of the materials.
      (3)   Any person requesting that copies of public records be mailed or faxed to him or her may be required to pay the duplication costs in advance of the mailing or faxing.
   (B)   Persons requesting copies of public records may do so at the Village Town Hall, 6118 Vine Street, Elmwood Place, Ohio 45216 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
