(A) The court costs charged to any person by the village in Mayor’s Court shall be $65 if such person is convicted of, or pleads guilty to, any offense other than a traffic offense that is not a moving violation.

(B) The costs shall be broken down as required by law and allocated to the various categories determined by state and local regulations.
