§ 37.05  COMMUNITY SERVICES FUND.
   (A)   The Village Clerk-Treasurer shall request for a fund approval from the Auditor of the State.  This fund shall be called the Community Services Fund.  The purpose of this fund is to provide a depository for village groups that have raised monies for community activities and permit disbursements for their activities.
   (B)   This fund shall be governed by special fund protocols as set forth in the various sections of the Ohio Revised Code governing special funds and village accounting procedures.  All groups associated with the village must deposit their cash receipts, grants, and donations into this fund and may disburse them following procedures prescribed by the Village Clerk-Treasurer.  The Village Council may appropriate additional monies to this fund from the General Fund from time to time as it deems desirable and appropriate.
