§ 135.26  ILLEGAL USE OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS.
   (A)   No person under the age of 18 years shall purchase, possess, smoke, or use any tobacco product.
   (B)   No person under the age of 18 years shall order, pay for, share the cost of, or attempt to purchase or otherwise secure any tobacco product.
   (C)   No person under the age of 18 years shall show or give false information concerning his or her name, age, or other identification for the purpose of purchasing or otherwise obtaining any tobacco product.
   (D)   No person shall furnish any false information or identification as to the name, age, or other characteristics of any person under the age of 18 years for the purpose of obtaining or with the intent to obtain in any manner any tobacco product for a person under the age of 18 years.
   (E)   No person shall solicit any person under the age of 18 years to purchase or procure in any manner any tobacco product.
   (F)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of illegal use of tobacco products, a minor misdemeanor.  If the offender has been previously convicted of a violation of this section, then illegal use of tobacco products is a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
