§ 34.07  COMPENSATION; MINIMUM PAY.
   (A)   The members and officers of the Fire Department and Life Squad personnel shall receive compensation as may be or has been established by ordinance of Council.
   (B)   In computing compensation for fires, one hour shall be considered as the minimum to be paid to any firefighter or officer and any fraction of an hour shall be considered an hour.
