§ 132.15  UNREASONABLY LOUD SOUND DEVICES.
   No person shall knowingly play any radio, television, CD player, cassette player, music player, audio system, musical instrument, or any other kind of sound-generating device in a motor vehicle, house, building, yard, or upon the streets of the village in such a manner or at such a volume as to annoy or disturb the quiet or comfort of anyone with normal hearing 50 feet and beyond in such a manner that the sound is plainly audible to persons other than those in the motor vehicle, house, building, yard, or upon the streets of the village, on or in which such device is being played, used or generating noise.
