§ 131.31  SIGNS OR POSTERS ON TELEPHONE/UTILITY POLES.
   (A)   No signs, posters, and other like devices shall be hung on telephone utility poles in the village, with the exception that the village may hang temporary emergency nonmetallic signs on such poles.
   (B)   The penalty for violating the provisions of this section shall be a fine up to $100 for each separate offense.
