(A) (1) Full time dispatchers shall be supplied with the following uniforms upon appointment:
3 long sleeve shirts
3 short sleeve shirts
3 pairs of pants
(2) All appropriate uniform insignias and badges will also be supplied.
(B) After initial uniform allocation each dispatcher will be responsible for his or her uniforms. A uniform allowance of $200 will be paid to each full- time dispatcher each year, payable the second week of January. This will be prorated for any dispatcher who has not completed 12 months of service prior to January 1. Any uniform replacement necessitated by damage incurred while the dispatcher is performing in the line of duty will be covered by the village.
