§ 33.41  DUTIES, CHAIN OF COMMAND, SUPERVISION.
   (A)   The everyday duties of the dispatcher at the communications desk of the village, which are composed of but not limited to dispatching, answering phones, and operating the computer, shall fall under the auspices and control of the Police Department.
   (B)   All dispatchers shall be under the criminal justice system and the general supervision of the Police Chief.  When the Chief of Police is not available or on duty, the highest ranking police officer on duty will be dispatcher supervisor.
