§ 33.13  TWO-WAY RADIO SERVICE.
   (A)   The two-way radio service in the police automobiles, through station KQA-387, is established.
   (B)   The Clerk is authorized to make application on behalf of the village to the Federal Communications Commission as required by the Federal Communication Act, being 47 U.S.C. §§ 201 et seq., for the proper licenses to install the radio transmitters in the police automobiles.
