§ 33.05  POLICE WORK WEEK.
   (A)   The work week of each and every member of the Police Department of the village shall be 40 hours worked within any seven-day period.
   (B)   All time over 40 hours per seven-day week shall be paid as overtime.  Overtime pay is time and one-half of regular pay.  All holidays, paid sick days, vacation paid days and court time shall not be counted against the normal 40-hour week.
   (C)   Divisions (A) and (B) of this section do not pertain to supervisory salaried personnel.

   (D)   The Police Chief may work additional hours on special assignments selected by the Mayor.
