(A) Application for licenses for public vehicles shall be made to the Clerk-Treasurer upon blanks provided him or her, and shall set forth the name and address of the applicant and the trade number under which he or she does business. The licenses shall be issued to the applicant as a business entity and shall authorize the applicant to operate the vehicles in the village.
(B) An applicant for license shall maintain an office in the village operated by a dispatcher, which office shall be easily accessible to the general public.
(C) All taxicabs of the applicant operating in the village shall be safe and fit for public use and shall carry approved safety lane stickers from the City of Cincinnati.
