§ 113.12  SEIZURE AND DESTRUCTION OF PINBALL MACHINES.
   If any pinball machine is used as a gambling device or is otherwise operated contrary to the provisions of the laws of the state or of this chapter, the machine may, in the discretion of the Mayor, be seized and destroyed, as in the case of gaming devices.
