Not later than the fifth day of each month, every distributor shall furnish the Mayor with a list of all new contracts for the sale, leasing, or renting of one or more pinball machines entered into during the preceding month, with persons residing or doing business in Elmwood Place, giving the names and addresses of these persons and the dates of the contracts. The Mayor shall file the reports and maintain them for the inspection of the police, for the period of not less than one year.
