§ 113.01  PINBALL AND SIMILAR AMUSEMENT MACHINES.
   No person, firm, or corporation shall engage in the business of selling, leasing, renting, operating, or exhibiting pinball machines, without first obtaining a license so to do and conforming to the regulations provided for the business in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
