§ 111.01  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings ascribed to them respectively.
   ADMISSION.  Seats, chairs, tables, and benches, reserved or otherwise, and other similar accommodations, and charges made, or fees collected, for forms of entertainment or amusement.
   CLERK.  The Clerk-Treasurer of Elmwood Place.
   PERSON.  Individuals, firms, partnerships, associations, and corporations.
   TREASURER.  The Clerk-Treasurer of the village.
