§ 95.29  ASSESSMENT AGAINST ABUTTING PROPERTY.
   Bills issued under § 95.28 shall be payable within 30 days from the date of the bills.  Bills not paid within 30 days shall be reported to Council for assessment against the abutting property, in conformance with R.C. Chapter 729.
