The notice provided for in §§ 95.21 and 95.22 shall identify the property and give the location of the sidewalk and the period of time allowed the property owner to have the work done by private contract. Such time shall be reasonable, but shall not be less than 45 days from the date of service of notice or the mailing of the certified mail notice provided for in § 95.21.
