§ 95.03  STREET COMMISSIONER’S AUTHORITY.
   The Street Commissioner shall be the authorized representative of the village in all matters pertaining to the granting of permits and shall grant permits hereunder upon receipt of proper applications therefor, and shall authorize permittees to close excavations after inspection and approval as provided herein.
