§ 94.01  ELMWOOD AVENUE PARK RESTRICTED TO RESIDENTS.
   (A)   The Elmwood Avenue Park shall be restricted to use by Elmwood Place residents only.

   (B)   Violation of this section shall be considered a minor misdemeanor.
