§ 93.23  UNSIGHTLY CONDITIONS ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   No person shall permit rubbish, used building materials, motor vehicles in inoperative condition, automobile parts, scrap metal, or other unsightly items to be left exposed on private property.
