§ 93.05  BUILDINGS OR STRUCTURES CONSTITUTING A NUISANCE.
   In addition to the existing provisions of this chapter, any structure or building or any portion thereof, whether used for human habitation or not, which is or may be injurious to public health, safety or interest, or is dangerous in nature, or is in unsightly condition, is hereby declared to constitute a public nuisance.
