§ 93.02  PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER DO NOT LIMIT VILLAGE POWERS.
   This chapter shall be deemed to be an enlargement and not a limitation or restriction on the power or authority of the village or any officer thereof to take any action or bring any suit or proceeding in respect to public nuisance otherwise provided for by law or ordinance of this village.
