§ 32.02  COMPOSITION OF COMMISSION.
   The Planning Commission shall consist of five members, consisting of the Mayor, one member of Council elected thereby who serves during his or her term of office, and three citizens of the village, to be appointed by the Mayor for a term of six years each.
