§ 90.10  ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER TO MAKE NECESSARY AGREEMENTS.
   The Director of Public Service and Safety is instructed to enter into necessary agreements with the animal hospitals, shelters, and farms to carry out the terms of this chapter.
