§ 76.13  VILLAGE MERCHANTS PARKING LOT.
   (A)   Dual rear wheels prohibited.  No person shall be permitted to park a vehicle equipped with dual rear wheels in the merchants parking lot located at Walnut and Linden Streets.
   (B)   Hours restricted.  Between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, no person shall permit a vehicle to be parked within the merchants lot for a period of more than two hours.
